Port Coquitlam Animal Hospital is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. Due to the high demand for appointments, when a client cancels without giving advance notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. For this reason, we have a “No-Show Policy” for all appointments scheduled with our veterinarians.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances and emergencies arise. A simple phone call 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment is all that is required. This will allow us to offer that spot to a pet in need.
